Our chef, Salvatore Leo, was born in Italy in the small town of Salerno, not far from Naples. Being a sixth generation chef, this craft is in his blood. Since childhood, he spent a lot of time in the kitchen, helping his mother cook. He is madly in love with what he does, which is fully reflected in his work. Everything is absolutely delicious, all with great love.
